We tailor testing to your goals but may include inflammation, hormone levels, biological age, gut health, and genetic markers. This will depend on your initial consultation and your individual goals. 

Yes. We can refer you to personal trainers or physiotherapists who specialise in longevity and healthy ageing. We work with professional trainers at UNTIL in Maryelbourne. However they can put a program together which you can use at your local gym or at home.

Many people begin in their 30s or 40s. Early action helps protect long-term health and prevent chronic disease. However it is never to late to focus on improving your health span and many seek guidance in later life. 

Yes. We recommend evidence-based supplements to support brain health, immune function, and energy production. We do advise checking with your primary care physician before commencing supplementation.
